River and Rail Opening
River and Rail celebrated their grand opening on February 28, 2017 in Downtown Columbus. Opening the restaurant has been a labor of love for owner Frank Foley. Frank has a group of experienced chefs and staff that serve up a farm to table experience on Broadway St. The menu has west coast culinary infusion, including creative cocktails.
