TOURNAMENT OF HOPE

THE EVENT: The American Cancer Society’s Tournament of Hope was held at the Country Club of Columbus on September 19th.

THE HIGHLIGHTS: Over the past several years, this tournament has raised money to help the American Cancer Society save lives and create a world with more birthdays. Participants enjoyed a morning of tennis competition and an exciting round of golf. The participants and sponsors support the American Cancer Society’s efforts to save lives by helping people stay well and get well, by finding cures, and by fighting back against a disease that has taken too many lives.

THE HONOREE: This year's Tournament of Hope was in honor of the late Julie Mitchell.

THE SPONSORS: The sponsors of this year's event were Mercedes Benz of Columbus and Piedmont Columbus Regional.
