FOUNTAIN CITY

Fountain City Coffee is a family owned and operated cafe and roastery where they are passionate about both coffee and community. Here you will find a variety of high quality coffees to sip from, strong shots of espresso, and tasty flavored lattes (hot, iced, or frozen). The majority of their flavors are made in house with the exception of their Ghirardelli chocolate, caramel, and white chocolate. In addition to coffee drinks they also boast a nice selection of loose leaf teas, craft beer and wine that you can sip while admiring the gallery walls displaying portraits of shop regulars by local artist Garry Pound from his Fountain City Faces series. 

Fountain City Coffee also offers a great selection of edible items including design- your-own breakfast sandwiches, grilled paninis (The Grilled Chicken Pesto, The Roasted Shroom, and The Grown Up Grilled Cheese are popular), deli sandwiches (people love the rotisserie chicken salad and tuna salad), or a variety of delicious baked goods from their pastry case like their fabulous scones (bacon cheddar, blueberry white chocolate, caramel apple, and lemon lavender are some favorites) or salted chocolate chip cookies. 

Fountain City Coffee is a welcoming environment with plentiful seating, lots of outlets, and free WiFi that make it an ideal place to study, conduct business, or people watch. Pop in with the kids for some chocolate milk, Dippin’ Dots, and some time to draw on the chalk wall! For other entertainment they have a fun collection of board games available to customers and a great bi-monthly open mic night that takes place every other Thursday at 7pm.

HOURS: Mon-Wed: 6:30am-8:00pm; Thu-Fri: 6:30am-10:00pm; Saturdays: 8:00am-10:00pm; Sundays: 9:00am-8:00pm.
