Mathews D. Swift Park
W.C. Bradley Co.'s former Chairman Steve Butler and W.C. Bradley Co.'s President and CEO Marc Olivié are honored to dedicate the Mathews D. Swift Park in honor of ”Mat" Swift, who served as President of the W.C. Bradley Real Estate Co. for 31 years. The park is located adjacent to The Rapids at Riverfront Place in Uptown Columbus on the banks of the Chattahoochee River.
During his tenure at the W.C. Bradley Co., Swift was instrumental in developing 75 plus real estate projects in Columbus, including but not limited to: the Riverwalk, Eagle & Phenix Apartments and Condos, 14"‘ Street Pedestrian Bridge, Coca-Cola Space Science Center, Columbus State University's RiverFront Campus that includes the School of Nursing, Art, Education, Music and Theater; The RiverCenter, Synovus Centre Building, W.C. Bradley Co. Corporate building, and the newest edition to the W.C. Bradley Co. Real Estate portfolio, The Rapids at Riverfront Place.
