Traci and Craig Courville couldn’t have imagined moving into a better home for their growing family than the one in their own backyard. In 2008, The Courvilles packed up their residence and moved all their belongings right over the back fence and into the colonial revival-style structure in Overlook.

The previous owners completed a major renovation with contractor Steve Anthony, adding an upstairs bathroom and master bedroom and updating the kitchen and remaining bedrooms of the original 1942 structure.

The home, now containing five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms on three levels, is the perfect family home in a neighborhood the Courvilles did not want to part with. They believe the Overlook neighborhood is ideal for families, and their expansive home is great for their two daughters and son. They frequently play badminton in the side yard and use the circular driveway for tennis and bike riding. The interior of the home also provides a great space for entertaining and large gatherings for friends and family, something the Courvilles truly enjoy.

Traci utilized some elements from the previous home next door and revamped them to accommodate the new quarters. Every room is visually appealing, and the patterns and colors she chose throughout the home create a fun and functional interior.
