What is the latest equipment CDC offers to patients? We are the only in the area to offer a 3T magnet at our Northside Center which has great benefits. The magnet is larger, you have more detailed images, shorter exam time and enables identification of smaller lesions and anatomical structures. We also have a 64 Slice CT scanner at both locations which is able to give your physician a better view of the size, shape and position of soft tissue structures.

Many doctors in Columbus refer to CDC for diagnostic testing. What makes CDC so unique? CDC/ CDC Northside offer many unique qualities for our community. We offer two great locations, cutting edge technology with top of line equipment, full time on-site radiologist with quick report turn around and easy walk up convenience at both of our centers.

CDC has onsite radiologists, how quickly can patients receive their results? We typically are able to get most report results in 24-48 hours. We also offer STAT testing which offers a very quick turnaround on results.

Do most diagnostic tests require some sort of preparation by the patient? There is different preparation for most exams we offer. There are some tests that do require the patient to drink liquid contrast before their exam depending on the location of the exam. There are several exams where you have no food or drink the night before. Patients are told the preparation at the time of scheduling or they can be looked up on our website www.columbusdiagnosticcenter.com
